This theology digital library is an initiative of the Foundation Library Development Indonesia (LDI) in the Netherlands. The LDI Foundation was established in 2004 and over the years it has sent thousands of academic books for study and research to theology faculties in Indonesia.
Currently, three theological seminaries and a centre for Indonesian church history participate in the Theology Library Indonesia program:
- Banjarmasin Theological Seminary, Kalimantan Evangelical Church (STT GKE), Banjarmasin
- I.S. Kijne Theological Philosophy College of the Evangelical Christian Church in Tanah Papua (STFT GKI I.S. Kijne), Abepura
- Faculty of Theology, Indonesian Christian University of Maluku (UKIM), Ambon
- Documentation Centre for Indonesian Church History (PDSGI), Jakarta
